No lazy person is successful, because no lazy person innovates. Lazy people just like to be in the same place, with the same dynamics without any sense of wanting to change it.

No matter how cool your business is without any desire and plan to innovate, presenting new and fresh things, your business will go bankrupt.

It could be because the menu is good but they are tired of eating the same menu.

It could be because restaurant facilities are not as good as they used to be so they don't attract customers (especially the instagramable era, where people are more interested in taking photos in every place they visit)

So how can you continue to attract visitors, or at least visitors will not experience a decline?

Innovate.

Because the innovation of their business will always look new and attractive. People will continue to explore the curiosity of your restaurant, because they think your restaurant will serve a new one every month.

How to?
Can add one new menu every month. Or the same menu but with additions. For example, before you made a menu of Geprek Chicken, now you can make Cheese Geprek Chicken. Etc.

You can keep updating the view.
Check the restaurant garden lights are starting to dim and damaged. Fish ponds that are not clear. Plants that begin to break down. The bench is starting to break. Paint wall views and paint with three-dimensional paintings. And other interesting things you can do to please your customers.
