Difference between Demo and Real Accounts
Different Demo Accounts and Real Accounts in Forex Trading seem most striking is a matter of deposit or capital. As explained in the previous articles, Trading is basically a buying and selling activity which definitely uses money. In trading using a Demo Account and a Real Account, this money is the difference.
Trading using a demo account, a direct deposit is given from your chosen broker, so you don't have to mess around or be burdened with losing your money or you experience a loss or loss.
However, if you trade using this demo account if from trading activities using the demo account you get profit or make a profit. You cannot withdraw these benefits or make them yours, because it is from the very beginning that your broker gives you as a learning media.
Whereas Trading uses a Real Account, deposit or capital using your own money. So the risk is more obvious, and the pressure on you psychologically is even more real. Why is that?
Remember, what you do in trading is buying and selling activities where the value you sell and you buy changes every time, seconds and even milliseconds. So, the losses and profits will definitely occur, especially if your analysis is not accurate.
At this point, can you draw conclusions, the differences between these two accounts?
Yes, the difference is limited to money. One (say) uses money that is not real, while the other, uses real money, even capital from yourself.
